The Strongest Pokemon: MEWTWO
I don't want to give away the movie, but it explains a lot of things hinted at in the game. If you saw the episode with Giovanni's Mewtwo, then you've already had an inside look into the movie. The Mewtwo that was battling Gary was the actual thing. (Proves not even Gary can beat everyone.) At the time of that battle, Mewtwo was wearing his body armour.
